21.01.2022 "You eat too much protein"... words never spoken by any personal trainer ever! Modern diets are high in carbohydrates and fat, which means protein consumption is too low. Regardless of whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, get leaner or bulk up, eating more protein will help.... Individual protein needs will vary depending on many factors, but a good rule of thumb is to aim for 1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day. Yep, that's much higher than what most of you are getting now! Send me a PM if you want a more tailored protein goal.
