25.01.2022 Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton was in the Bogan Shire today to open two completed grant projects funded through the Federal Government Drought Communities Program. First stop was the Coolabah Hall where $170,000 was spent on a new facade, air conditioning, a toilet block and an outdoor skillion. Next was the new canteen and announcers box at Larkin Oval in Nyngan, built and fitted out using a $375,000 grant.

02.01.2022 Plenty of early morning swimmers were taking advantage of the newly furbished Nyngan Pool this morning. Bogan Shire Council utilised Federal Government Drought Communities Program grant funding to redo the pool surface. No more broken tiles.
