We are a business based on appointment bookings, and no-show/last minute cancellations can be the break of a small business. This is our way to make sure we can maintain the success of our business so we can continue to look after you, our client...s and friends, and keep our amazing therapists employed. While 99.9% of our clients understand our processes, there is that small fraction that choose to be really quite rude to our amazing team about this.. so I ask, be kind!
