Meal 2 - Moussaka (Gluten Free) - You will never guess it is vegan, you will never guess it is gluten free, Classic Greek Moussaka. Meal 3 - Maple Ginger tofu stir fry (Gluten Free) - Ginger, Cauliflower, maple syrup and tofu, marinated with herbs and spices. Meal 4 - Teriyaki Stir-fry (Gluten Free optional) - Home hand Teriyaki sauce, Moc meat (or mushrooms for gluten free) mixed with assorted greens. Meal 5 - Palak Non-Paneer (Gluten Free) - A classic Indian dish of spinach and Paneer (tofu) done the Bohemian way. Meal 6 - Butter Chicken (Gluten Free Optional on request) - Rich tomato gravy in another Indian favourite, not for those that are counting the calories.
