25.01.2022 I’ve been thinking a lot about balance lately. Maybe it’s all these planetary retrogrades we’re going through. I actually don’t like the term balance when it applies to life. To me it implies control. I think of a tightrope walker balancing, in absolute control and one tiny mistake can plummet them over either edge. I feel like rhythm is a better term. It feels better. I think of surrendering and flowing, or co creating, of moving forward and backwards like a dance with the universe. This week has been hectic. I haven’t been able to keep my head above water with everything that happened. And for the first time I think that’s ok. I’ll just keep dancing.

24.01.2022 Sunshine Meadow Clearing Mask. With grapefruit peel: super high in vitamin C which is great for brightening dull complexions. Yellow clay is one of the most drawing clays so it’s ideal for clearing congestion. And we’ve added the most gorgeous smelling calendula powder for soothing inflammation. All our face masks are made as powders. This way you get to be creative with what you’re adding to it, water, aloe Vera juice, coconut milk, herbal tea even honey or yogurt. And you can make it up to your desired consistency. It also means that the active compounds in the powdered herbs and flowers or superfood are activated when you use it each time making them more potent and bio available.

Cerridwen: Best suited to skin types that are combination, blemish prone or sensitive using oils like Hemp, Cacay, Rosehip and blueberry. It’s fruity and floral in fragrance with a blend of blue tansy, lavender, yarrow and pettigrain essential oils. High in antioxidants, vitamin A, E and C and Omega 6. Rhiannon: Best suited to dry, dehydrated or mature skin types using oils like Tamanu, Jojoba, Evening primrose and Pumpkin Seed. It’s fragrance has notes of floral and musk with vanilla tones using pure rose, palmarosa, copaiba and olibanum essential oils. Very rich and nourishing high in omegas and vitamins. Since starting to make so many more flower essence remedies I thought it would be interesting for people to learn more about some of these amazing high vibe essences. 17.01.2022 Flower Essence Remedies. I admit I was actually very sceptical about flower essences for a long time. Even though I am so spiritually connected to flowers and plants, have experienced first hand the vibrational and energetic wonders of this world, I still couldn’t wrap my mind around them. Until I started teaching myself about water. (Side note hydration is not about quantity it’s about quality but more on that later). Water can be imprinted by vibrations. And that’s what flo...wer essences are they are the energy of the flower imprinted into water. Those vibrations work on our vibrations through the water in our bodies. 14.01.2022 The wedding trail is on this year up on Tamborine Mountain on Sunday 26th July. We also have our botanical mandala making workshop on the Saturday evening before hand and have some appointments available for facials left for the weekend. A great weekend to spend up here enjoying all that this beautiful mountain has to offer.

I try to pick something from the garden every day though that doesn’t always happen. Harvesting even something tiny like a sprig of flowers triggers our bodies to produce feel good chemicals. 12.01.2022 What do you have in your home apothecary? I get asked a lot what would be best to start with. My answer is always, nettle leaf and mushroom powder. Lavender and eucalyptus and yarrow essential oils. Honey. Cinnamon. Garlic and ginger.
