22.01.2022 We are so incredibly proud to be switching to a more local biodynamic flour! This flour is grown in Victoria by Barry Edwards. It is grown bio-dynamically. It is stone ground locally in sassafras at @proserpina_bakehouse ... We are getting it milled fresh to make the absolute best quality, local, bio-dynamic langos with as little food miles as possible. 18.01.2022 It's been a long winter of hibernation for the team at Bohemian Kitchen, and we are so excited to emerge stronger, bigger, and even tastier (is that even possible?!) than ever before! We have been working through the winter to ensure a busy and effervescent spring through till autumn season, so that we can make as many lángoš as possible over the warmer months for all you lángoš lovers out there! As well as our usual delicious Lángoš, we will be offering nourishing salad plates which will be both vegan and gluten free. Please drop past and see us for some vibrant and nutritious food served with a side of good vibes by a team of three sisters!

We had so much fun cooking up our favourite street food for those who know it and love it as much as we do! 13.01.2022 We couldn't be happier to announce that our first event of the season is going to be the only Czech & Slovak Festival in Victoria, Jarmark! Held in beautiful Belgrave South, where I attended Czech camp as a small child, I now return to make lángoš for my fellow Czechoslovakian Melbournians, as well as any one else who is interested in our culture. There will be plenty of food, beer and hand crafted wares available, please join us for a beautiful day of celebrations, live music and most importantly our delicious lángoš on Saturday the 16th of November

We only buy Australian garlic and we even grow some of our own which we use to top your Lángoš to get that fresh garlicky goodness!
