I used to wear a FULL face of make-up every single day, and honestly, I look back and don't know how I did it. Don't forget that your skin is your biggest organ, what goes onto your skin, ultimately gets absorbed into the body... my skins never been more glowing or less congested since using natural and organic products. I am so comfortable with a fresh, naked face and 20 year old me, never would have believed that this was possible. A skincare routine should be fun, if you're someone who's conscious of what goes into your body then you should read the package and know what's also being absorbed by your skin."
