24.01.2022 This is my visual representation to keep in the forefront of my mind in the year ahead. I feel as though 2020 was full of the conditioning required for me to be able to flourish in 2021. I’ve set myself up to succeed and achieve the goals I have envisioned for myself and I am more excited for this year than ever. What are you manifesting? What are your intentions and goals and how are you going to achieve them? It’s so cliche but if you don’t envision it then there’s no way you could possibly achieve it. If you cannot see your dreams and goals for yourself then how will you know what they are much less how to get them. Comment below your goals (not New Years resolution) I want specific goals that are thought out with a plan to execute them

22.01.2022 As we come to the end of another year it’s impossible not to reflect on one of the most difficult years in many of our collective memories. If you look close enough there is usually a silver lining to be found. We learnt how to connect in new and innovative ways, got to spend time at home with loved ones or fur babies, we became more aware of personal hygiene practices. Some of us were pushed to act on life long dreams to launch a business because we simply had no other choi...ce to generate an income. I am so proud that I finally took a leap of faith in myself and launched Boho and Brave. I am forever grateful to all of my supporters and customers, people who have liked commented and shared. Thank you Wherever you are I hope that you are looking forward with optimism and faith that no matter the white noise and fluff going on around you, you are in control of your thoughts and how you react to external situations. And if your therapy is to jump online and treat yourself, then I got you sis! Keep an eye out for bigger and better things from me in the new year!
