08.01.2022 We would love to introduce ourselves and show you the faces from behind the scenes here at Boho & Bubbles Event Management. Lets start with Joh Joh McCloy has lived in Mackay for over 30 yrs and has brought up 3 children and has 1 grandson. You may already know Joh as she is a Registered Nurse and works at both Mater and MBH.... Joh is the owner of Boho on the Go Mackay and runs this with her daughter Tess. It was opened approx 3 yrs ago when she noticed a market that was missing in the Mackay area. They pride themselves on giving great customer service and listening to what the client wants and then creates their vision. Then comes Kathryn Kathryn is a mum to 3 crazy kids and a wife to an amazing supportive husband who works away 7/7. Se has been in Mackay for 2 years now, coming from Emerald where she lived for 10 years. She has always had a love for design and planning. She currently runs her own business On Point Web Design. Kathryn loves everything about business, helping her community and working with small businesses to help them grow. She has done events in the past and cant wait to start bringing her talents alongside Joh to Mackay and the surrounding areas. We both can not wait to meet everyone and help make your day one to remember. 06.01.2022 Hi all, Final preparations are now in place for our Melb cup day tomorrow.. Looks like the weather is on our side. Please remember this is a Outdoor Event, we are endeavouring to create as much shade as possible, however - Bring a Hat, wear Sunscreen and be Sun Safe. The bar will have eftpos available to purchase drinks, we will have 2 bar areas set up, there will be a undercover shady area for the face painting/kids Korner. Please bring Cash for the Sausage Sizzle. We have some amazing prizes to give away, its going to be a amazing day Thank you to all of you for supporting our 1st Melbourne Cup Event...
