My booking system sends out two reminder/ confirmation msgs to my clients before your appointments, if the appointment isn’t confirmed it will be canceled and offered to a client of the waiting list. ... Especially this time of year I don’t not have the time to sit and wait to see if a client turns up, I have my own family and two small businesses to run.
