20.01.2022 Once upon a time that was not so long ago I used to think I was too sensitive, too emotional as that’s what people had said . so I decided okay so I won’t cry & that's that . Then someone said ‘do you know you can place a brick wall around you for protection’, I thought ‘what a great idea’.. so I did & it was easy & thought ha I've got this. Have you seen the Holiday where Cameron Diaz’s character ‘Amanda Woods’ couldn’t feel emotions, well I love this movie as I r...elated to Amanda. I thought I was onto something pretty good & totally did not get it that I was actually separating myself from my emotions, my feelings , my inner guidance system & my truth. Well the brick wall may have protected me however it blocked the good, bad & the ugly.:) There came a time in my life when I encountered a loss & literally I couldn’t feel the emotions & tried to cry but it was like a lump in my throat which I certainly could feel physically. Thank goodness, I believe in miracles & as it happened I went on a profound journey to India where I completed beautiful practices & teachings & was able to gently visualise the walls coming down. Someone in India had mentioned about requiring guidance to feel & I thought ' aha Is that really true' I used to believe that I couldn’t handle my emotions and that it wasn’t good do feel anything. I had totally disconnected from the outside World & also myself when truly what I needed was love & acceptance The brick wall is like a belief system where you gently chisel away at it, peeling back the layers to your beautiful, authentic, & shining self. This is an ongoing practice & this uncovers the beautiful & exquisite gifts, qualities and dreams where you Co Create your new beliefs, desires & dreams & start to fall in love with your life. 01.01.2022 B E L I E V E When the Angels answered my call ... & it had to be a big sign for me notice A few years ago I had been wanting a specific outcome, I held tight to my desired outcome & said to the Universe, & my angels this is what I want, I have to have it & please make it happen. ... I was in my car driving & was thinking again about my desire when I realised AHA I’m controlling the outcome, so I said ‘Ok Angels I get it, I hand it over to you & if it’s to be then let it be me & if not I accept the outcome. As soon as I said it literally ‘buckets of white feathers’ started falling from the sky & did so for another 2kms (yeah I know I had some very funny comments when I told people ) the angels had said ‘hallelujah’ she got it. It was one of many beautiful Angel signs. So now when I ask the Universe, I get clear on my desire, and the WHY I want it & take the action & Surrender to the Universe/God/Source with the confident belief & surety it will be answered. Taking into effect Divine perfect time I ask for ‘this or something better Universe, and for the highest good of all involved. 'And as Gabby Bernstein would say ‘if you think you have Surrendered, then Surrender some more. Have you had any signs in your life
