23.01.2022 Keep your family safe & warm this winter. If stored incorrectly, heaters, electric blankets, hot water bottles & heat packs can pose a safety risk and become unsafe when used together or with other products. TOP TIPS THIS WINTER:... - Check all electric blankets before use - Keep electric heaters on a flat smooth surface & at least 1 metre from all objects - Supervision of children around heaters is crucial - Turn off heaters when you leave a room or the house, even if you will be returning soon See more

23.01.2022 Lest We Forget!

21.01.2022 PLEASE CAN EVERYONE TAKE A FEW SECONDS TO DO THIS You may have seen local businesses asking for your help lately and this is largely down to how Facebook are stopping you from seeing our content unless we pay which is very hard for small businesses to constantly do this. So please could I ask:... You go to my page and across the top go to ‘community’ and click 'invite friends' and select 'ALL' - it’s as simple as that! It will take less than 20 seconds and will be a BIG help to us! When you have done this for us can you comment 'done' so I know to say thank you! Nick

20.01.2022 It may seem unnecessary but, did you know regular cleaning of your air conditioner units can bring a lot of benefits to you and your family. Here are just 3 reasons why you should consider having your air conditioning units professionally cleaned every 12 months. 1. Improved AC Efficiency Regular cleaning reduces the pressure that dust and debris build-up usually put on your AC unit. When dust covers your evaporator coil, its ability to absorb heat is impaired, which furt...her reduces efficiency and ability to cool your home. 2. Lower Electricity Bills As your air filters get clogged and become dirty, the normal flow of air is blocked therefore your AC unit is forced to work harder. On average your unit will consume between five to ten percent more power! 3. Avoid Future Repairs & Replacements Running a dirty AC will eventually lead to bigger problems and possible failure. As the AC unit gathers dust and dirt, it will become more difficult to clean making your unit prone to overheating as the evaporator coils are unable to dissipate heat effectively and will also be prone to developing ice build ups. The good news, all these problems can be avoided! We can also detect potential problems that your unit may encounter whilst cleaning the unit. This could prevent expensive repairs, or worse, replacing your whole AC. Call us today to get your units cleaned!

The likely result is that the pillow/bed will catch fire placing the child (as well as everyone else in the property) in great danger. Think....where do you & your family charge your moblie phone?

08.01.2022 4 Ways to Reduce Your Energy Bill! We all know electricity is expensive! The good news is that there are ways we can lower our bills, that won’t cost us a thing. You can make energy savings in your household by changing how and when we use energy. ... 1. Hot Water Systems - Wash clothes in cold water, run dishwasher only when its full and pre rinse dishes first with cold water, fit a low-flow showerhead and take shorter showers. 2. Lighting - Turning lights off when you leave a room and not required will save you money. Also switching to energy efficient light fittings and bulbs like LED can save you a lot in the long run! 3. Use Appliances Wisely Use lids on pots while cooking, fill the kettle & pots with only as much water is needed, dry clothes on the line and not the dryer. 4. Turn Appliances Off At The Wall When Not In Use It’s an easy way to save energy! See more
