23.01.2022 Sorry double up again!! Some different pics!! ENSW ...so good that we could make it to Sydney for this show with our 2 new young boys. We were very proud of them and are excited for what the future holds for them... Bolagamy Maximus and Lizzie, his second show ever and first time in an arena for Champion Newcomer Hack and placings in his other classes. MP Chess who also has had only a couple of outings had a great start with Sammy out together with Champion Preliminary ...Hack and a Top 10 in her rider... not quite as relaxed as Max in the indoors with a couple of shies at the standing judges but got over it and they did some lovely work....Very entertaining he was in the line up, which with time out and about will only fix, with his pick me front foot action Thank you so much Anita and Teegs for letting Lizzie sit up on top of their beautiful Macathur Park Blu for a Top 10 in her rider. Blu and Sammy did fantastically in the Child’s Show Hunter Hack, for equal 2nd and then 3rd on a count back. They are a great combo too. Thank you also for all your care and work with Chess. Many, many thanks to Sue Walker for all your help and guidance along the way with these two boys and for finding us our Chess!! What a stumble upon!! Love him. 23.01.2022 SHCV-Junior Showcase. The girls had a great show at Tatura a couple of weeks ago. Lizzie and Whitewood Just Cruisin winning Smartest on Parade, Child’s and Lizzie was Runner -Up Rider 15-17. Sammy won her Rider 12-15 years on SP Flagraiser and was Runner-Up in Smartest on Parade. Many thanks to all the committee, their helpers, judges and sponsors for putting together a wonderful show.

20.01.2022 Sydney and Bathurst Royals. The girls have had a great few weeks competing.....Sydney seemed so long ago.... Sammy and SP Flagraiser were 2nd in her open rider, 3rd in their Showcase, 3rd in the Novice Show Hunter and 4th in the Child’s. Lizzie had an amazing one too with a 2nd in her Novice rider, 4th in her Open rider and a 3rd in her Showcase. Cruiser was 5th in his Open and had a wonderful win in their Child’s to experience a moment out there on centre stage, to do a wor...kout in the Champion, with all the beautiful hacks. Bathurst was lovely and wet on the Friday!!! Not so lovely to compete in but fantastic for us farmers. Sammy and Flag had a great show with Reserve Champion Novice, and ANSA and Champion Ridden Thoroughbred and Working Hunter. Thank you Bathurst Thoroughbred Racing Industry for the beautiful rug as sponsors of the Thoroughbred class and Horseland Bathurst for sponsoring the Working Hunter classes. Lizzie and Cruiser continued their success in the Child’s and EA class. She sat out the Open so she could sit on our lovely friends, Teegan Grace and Anita Marangoni’s beautiful Blu in the Child’s Show Hunter, for a fab 3rd. The highlight for Lizzie though was being awarded Champion Open Girl Rider. Thank you to all the sponsors, committees and judges for making these shows possible. Special mention to Les Friend for all his help and guidance. And my sister, Sally Mitton for her strapping ability, coffees and wit at Bathurst!! That will do!! Sorry, if I’ve missed anything!! 19.01.2022 2019 Spring Shows. The girls have had a great few months showing, and Sammy a bit of jumping, from our local Weethalle Agricultural Show to EA Nationals. Now time for a break from the shows and get the young ones going. Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone, hoping copious amounts of rain throughout 2020 falls on all our paddocksxx

18.01.2022 Equestrian Australia Horse of the Year 2019 Many thanks to the EA committee, Sponsors and helpers who made the weekend possible. Special thanks to Lisa Gordon and Lorelle Mercer for their lovely photos and Gladiator Floats and Dolly East for their beautiful rugs for sponsorship of the Owner/Rider and Child's Small Hack. Lizzie and "Whitewood Just Cruisin" were privileged to win these classes and gain a spot on the NSW Team at the Equestrian Australia National Show Horse and ...Rider Championships in December. They also made Top 10 in his Open. Sammy and SP Flagraiser were 3rd in their Owner/Rider and equal 4th in the Child's. A great effort. Thank you Les Friend for all your support and guidance in keeping my girls on track!!! Lastly, thank you to our lovely horse friends and our great aisle friends who without you would make this expensive hobby of ours very dull!!

15.01.2022 Battle of Borders Show 2020!! Thank you Lisa Gordon for most of these lovely pics from the show... I can't believe I didn't take one photo of our newcomer Bolagamy Maximus (Maximus of Astral/ Bolagamy Amulet) at his first show. He took it all in his stride and Lizzie did a wonderful job guiding him around. He had a great first outing, winning his Newcomer class, 6th in his Preliminary and an amazing 7th in the Child's. One of the comfiest horses I've ridden for a while and ho...pefully a lovely transition and working project for Lizzie from Cruiser as he enjoys his well earned retirement (I'll post more on Cruiser later!!) Special thanks and appreciation for Sue Walker for having him over the holidays and with those much needed tune ups. 11.01.2022 Aunty Maggie would of been 90 yesterday!! Here she is on Maybe at Sydney Royal 1956. Second in the Novice Galloway. Sire: Moabadeen t/b. Dam: Midge.....One of Bolagamy Studs first foundation mares. Some of our progeny lines today, go back to this mare.

08.01.2022 Three down, one to go!! Bolagamy Bon Bon finally became a mum... Seems like its taken her forever to embrace it!! What a super job she did, a perfect time of day to do it and only needed a little help. A lovely filly to carry on her genes. Thank you so much Chris and Brian Adams for allowing her to come back home.

Both Runner Up in the Preliminary Show Hunter Hack and the Childs, 3rd in the Home Produced and 4th in her Rider. Special mention to Lisa Gordon for capturing Lizzie and Cruiser in the Childs. Lisa and Peter also handed over to the girls their amazing garland boxes that they have been working on. Such beautiful keep sakes they will have forever. The pics do not do them justice but I will post again once they are hung with the lights on!!
