24.01.2022 Full exterior repaint on this beautiful house in Karrinup. . On this project the render was tired and was starting to crack, and the gutters were starting to rust. . We sanded and treated the rusted areas and finished the gutters, fascia and down-pipes in premium Dulux products.... . The render was filled where cracks appeared. We then first coated the house with a solvent base Acra Prime followed by two coats of premium Dulux Acra shield. 18.01.2022 On this project in Watermans Bay the property was very tired looking with the colours not matching the brick work. Salt and rust was forming on all metals as it is a coastal property. We electric sanded the salt and rust and treated it before finishing the full exterior in premium Dulux products. The sealer will harden the surface and prevent the water stains bleeding back through the paint coating. 01.01.2022 Kitchen Repaint - Trigg, WA . On this project we took all doors and drawers out and rested them on trestles. We electric sanded all wood and bogged and gaped the imperfections. We then applied two coats of oil based undercoat to the kitchen. The kitchen was then lightly sanded and fully coated in a premium Dulux super enamel high gloss finish. .
