21.01.2022 Hi everyone, Very excited to announce my first student dance concert on in April that I'm co-hosting with Janet Hof , a wonderful support crew and dedicated and talented dance students. This is a family friendly multicultural concert about how dance transcends language and cultural barriers and can bring us all together in joy and celebration. The night will include Persian, bollywood, gypsy, greek and Egyptian dancing. There are a few surprises along the way including our guest artist the fantastic Bhangra Rulez and Bollywood Dhamaka. We are also thrilled to have the debute performance of Perth's first Daf ensemble with master daf player Esi. It's a night not to me missed and tickets are selling fast. Tickets are $10 ($20 at the door) and can be bought from myself, Janet or Lucinda Pita.

14.01.2022 Classes restart this Saturday 2nd May for a quick 4 week term leading up to WAMED. All classes in Bibra Lake. Saturday 10.30-11.30am and Monday 7-8pm is Progressive Bellydance. Oriental choreography to Kahramanna. Advanced bellydance Monday 8-9.30pm. Oriental choreography to Ahlaam. This is the solo I performed at the concert. Lots of great changes in the music. A Jillina choreography, with Mahmoud Samia and parts for personal improvisation. Bollywood Saturday's 11.30am-12.30pm. Back to basics. Beginners welcome!! Shimmy Mob - proposed rehearsal for those who want it 9.30-10.30am Saturday 2nd May and 9th May. Mob performance afternoon of 9th May (details TBA).
