24.01.2022 Even though we might not be gathering in large groups right now, we are making the most of our creativity and getting involved with some reciprocal craft projects. This one which is hanging pride of place in our entryway was beautifully crafted for our #agedcare residents by the Living Faith Lutheran Kindergarten children. We will have to share with you what we come up with to return the favour... we're having buckets of fun. #intergenerationalplay #wecaredifferently

21.01.2022 It's Take Your Dog to Work Day! Meet Cinder and Ash, the cutest aged care workers you'll ever see. Regular volunteer Lyn brings these two very good dogs to Inverpine aged care community every holiday - here they are dressed up with Carole for Halloween and with Margit for Christmas 2019. #pettherapy

18.01.2022 This #InternationalNursesDay we're thanking our nurses past & present. Can you join us to thank a Bolton Clarke nurse? Share your thank you messages, pictures & videos by private message, or tag us @BoltonClarke #IND2020 This is Matron Shaw. She oversaw our Fernhill community in the 1980's and was awarded an OAM in 1994. She began her nursing career at 17, training in Victoria, going against her family's wishes that she take on secretarial work. She worked at Ferhill for over 18 years.

18.01.2022 Bolton Clarke has a long history of care. From a single nurse walking the streets of Melbourne attending to the poor and sick in their homes, to 'Kingshome' - the very first Queensland War Veterans' Home in Taringa, we honour the work two of our organisations early leaders, Sir William Bolton and Lady Janet Clarke started. This #AgedCareEmployeeDay we celebrate their legacy and say #thanksforcaring to the team members that have supported our clients, residents, veterans, the homeless, pregnant mothers and our older population for over 200 years. #ACED2020 #wecaredifferently

14.01.2022 Congratulations to our Inverpine "Let's Dig In" gardening Team for their support to our residents and contribution to making our garden a big success! They have just been named the WINNERS of the Leading Age Services Australia Awards for Excellence in aged care - Team Category! Thanks to the Bolton Clarke Research Institute and to Cath from Soil to Supper for her support! We want to especially congratulate our Diversional Therapist Rekha Singh for all her hard work on the project and thank our volunteer Joan, from the retirement village, for her wonderful contributions and support! Last, but certainly not least, our residents for their keen participation and enthusiasm!
