20.01.2022 Bolton Clarke Cabrini resident Antonietta and her son Dominic have donated a piano to our residential aged care community. When residents and staff saw the piano it put smiles on their faces and touched our hearts. It was so special that resident Gwendolines daughter Gwen came in to play. Residents started tapping and swaying to the beautiful music. We are excited to hold music concerts for the residents and even having residents play. Residential Manager Abraham was pleased to receive the donation on behalf of our community.

10.01.2022 What is it like to be a Veteran who has experienced mental health issues? Veterans are an important part of the past, present and future of Bolton Clarke (formerly RSL Care + RDNS). We have been caring for veterans in the community, our retirement villages and residential care homes for over 100 years. Our service personnel dedicate their lives to serving our country, and it is our honour to serve them in their time of need. Bolton Clarkes Veteran Family Toolkit was develope...d in conjunction with the Bolton Clarke Research Institute and Altura Learning previously ACC with the support of almost 100 current and ex serving ADF members, their families and ex service organisations. The first module in our Veteran Family Toolkit explores the personal stories of four veterans, encompassing their experiences of deployment, returning to the civilian world and living with #PTSD. With an overall message of hope, each of these Veterans offer a unique insight into life after the military.

Everyone enjoyed the dancing, music and fun, bright coloured clothing which brought the smiles and great atmosphere to everyone after what has been a challenging year for us all.
