04.01.2022 Crack detection using the Boltstress G6 has proven invaluable to a mine site in Australia. The ultra high definition of ultrasonic bolt stress monitoring tools can be used to identify cracks before they cause costly un-planned downtime. At one site discovered 55 liner bolts that were getting close to fracture. At another we found 12 Structural bolts. Both of these would have resulted in un-planned downtime.
02.01.2022 Another clean mill. 18 months ago this site had significant bolt failure issues now its nice and clean with no failures. We also reduced the re-torque time by 40%
