25.01.2022 We have survived our first day back...just after discovering when the mixer was put back in place it had been wired in reverse opps and every piece of equipment was cleaned with a high pressure steam cleaner we found dough stuck to them regardless opps. Huge thanks to David Bruce for his help when the Herdie Gerdie became jammed with 180 loaves much appreciated. One happy Baker & one happy town cheers to everyone

10.01.2022 Our beloved Bombala Bread will be back on IGA supermarket shelves & at Delegate cafe next Monday 1st June 2020. After several months of renovations, painting & cleaning we are ready to fire up the oven once again.
