16.01.2022 What about emotions If you know me, you know I'm a very positive person, optimistic like no other. No matter what life throws at me I've always been able to look at the bright and positive side. However, this year, this changed 2020 has been good, AND challenging, at times difficult & pretty confronting to say the least ... I realised, that I wasn't processing my emotions as I should. I wasn't giving them the space they deserve. At times I was avoiding, silencing, pushing them down. When it was too much, I was distracting myself with netflix, meaningless conversations, or unhealthy food & distractions At this point I started realising that this was a big topic I needed to address. It's amazing to be positive don't get me wrong, but we also need to allow ourselves to feel the negative part, to see it, to accept it, to understand it, to process it, to make peace with it, and then, only then, to let it go What is memorable in life anyway? When we think about our infancy, our memories, our life. When we look back, what stays with us, what do we really remember? See, every memory is connected to an emotion. We remember only things that made us feel. Good or bad. Either way, that's what we remember. And if that is what we remember, and what we will remember. Then emotions, accepting, processing, feeling & allowing space for them, is the foundation of it all. A loving and healthy relationship with our emotions. Very important. So when we look back, we can look back into felt, solved, no triggers, at peace, processed, understood things So I'm happy to share with you that that's what I've been doing. Every time an emotion comes, allow it, listen to it, respect it, process it, and let it go. It becomes easier and easier. 14.01.2022 So much gratitude I enjoy every second of my massage workshops for couples here at @bombonmassage. The most amazing part is that no two workshops are the same, it always depends on the participants. I've had families attending, friends, couples, sisters, partners, massage therapists, and more. A bit of everything. And each one looking for something different, with different objectives when it comes to the massage treatment and the workshop itself. I've had participants ...celebrating achieved goals, anniversaries, life, birthdays, promotions, health, holidays, their wedding, wanting to know what is massage, wanting to improve their partner's massage skills, wanting to improve their massage skills, wanting to reconnect, or getting to know each other in a different way, on a deeper level. So yes, reasons to attend have been multiple and different. Although there is one thing all participants have had in common. 10.01.2022 I am multi-passionate. And sometimes I wonder, will I have the time to do it all? Do you feel identified with this? I know many of you are really creative and super talented, and sometimes it can be challenging to focus on one thing only, or maybe go for a few, several or all of the things. What I've been doing is slowly, step by step walk towards each of my objectives. More often than not, these objectives and goals are related and are a part of a bigger picture. Feeling inspired to continue growing, learning, and becoming the best version of myself possible. 09.01.2022 Love to recycle I usually go every couple of weeks and bring cans, bottles, sometimes clothes and house items and bring them to different collection centers. And since most of the time these are smaller items I can bring them myself, put things on my trolley and backpack and enjoy a nice walk, which is something I love so much I'm sure I could do more for our community and environment, and any ideas are always welcome Do you do any recycling? ... 08.01.2022 Injury is damage to the body. Injury happens when the body is stressed beyond it's own limits. And the reality is, we often ignore them. I know this because it has happened to me in the past, and of course the situation got worse before it got better, I simply stopped paying attention to myself. In retrospective, things would have been a lot different if I had taken my injury seriously, and worked out the best way to treat and manage it. I also see this a lot in my practic...e. Have you had any injury? It's really important to pay attention to discomfort, pain and imbalance. This is the journey, and the key to have the best outcome when we injure ourselves, is to catch it early. Listen to your body, be aware of yourself and your limitations, eat the right foods, stretch when you need to, breath right, move, exercise, look after your energy, look after the energetics of where you spend time (home/office/workspace), get a massage, you can use supplements to assist with inflammation (if needed/when needed) such as vitamin c and magnesium, take vacations, and find more ways that work for you that support your Self-Care We live and learn, or, perhaps more importantly we learn and live - Terry Pratchett To your health and wellbeing, Daniela

02.01.2022 All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking - Friedrich Nietzsche I don't run, I walk. And I LOVE walking. Most of my life I've lived in the country, so I'm used to walk a lot. I enjoy it, at this stage I believe it's become a part of me When I walk I take my time, there is no rush. I am aware. I am present. Here and now. I REALLY notice and experience the beauty around me, the birds, trees, shapes, sounds, colours, sometimes it's water sounds, depending on where y...ou go, or the wind on your face, the sun, the stars. You have the opportunity to explore new places and hidden gems. Its so relaxing, and good for your health. Sometimes I have music with me, or sounds, or none at all and just enjoy what is, here and around me. Sometimes I meditate, I focus on the present moment, feeling gratitude, what a gift this is, this very moment, I focus on my breath, and I am fully alive Do you like to walk?
