Even though we were on track for our planned opening after lockdown..... with the new announcements today we are very disappointed that we will all have to wait a bit longer.... or a lot longer for a haircut the proposed date for salons to re open is 26th October On the plus side, the salon will be well and truly ready and waiting for you all to get that post ISO freshen up as soon as we possibly can. I have kept myself busy enough during the time away with home schooling, a new puppy and I have been doing a few family & friends hair from home. Michelle started hairdressing 20 years ago and has won many awards such as two times apprentice of the year, she has won many competitions in cutting, styling, colour as well as creative total look. She has been a part of hundreds of beautiful brides special day with a passion for hair up. Michelle owned her own salon at a young age and was very successful however once she had kids it was a hard decision to sell up and stay home for a while. ... 10.01.2022 Backyard has been BOMBSHELLED! ........ made to look and feel beautiful that is The only thing we can do during this extended lockdown is to continue preparing the salon and moving on with things that were not a top priority if we had have opened this week but something we would have done in the near future. We have created this beautiful yet simple backyard area where salon guests can wait with colour on out in the fresh air if they wish, also an area that staff can sit and have lunch.... table & chairs coming soon

06.01.2022 I wish I had some photos of beautiful ‘Bombshell’ hair to show you but in the mean time you get some ‘BEFORE’ photos of the empty shop where careful planning has taken place to have the perfect flow and functionality in the new salon. Michelle has been drawing her vision with chalk on the floor and measuring with camp chairs to ensure the ‘new normal’ distancing between chairs. Almost ready for the shop fitter to start! 04.01.2022 Next up Meet Jodie! Jodie has been Hairdressing for over 20 years and has a passion for cutting & colour. Michelle & Jodie met when doing their apprenticeship together in Glen Waverley where they enjoyed working together & have stayed in touch ever since. Jodie achieved apprentice of the year, 1st place in the Australian Championships for Men’s Haircuts. Completed the highest level of colour training (the colour technician courses at L’Oréal) Extensive cutting training. J...odie is constantly training and keeping herself up to date with all the latest techniques. Jodie can’t wait to get the ‘dream team’ back together again and to look after her Bombshell Salon Guests with great service and advice on home hair care. She is looking forward to the team environment that she has missed while successfully working alone for the past few years.
