23.01.2022 It really hurts to do this but we have to speak up to protect ourselves. Please meet Ms Natalie Rametta. @Natalie Rametta Natalie and her husband have booked one of our accommodation last week. But shortly after we checked her in, we spot her trying to smuggle an adult cat into our room. I spoke to her that we can’t accommodate her pet and also went all out to arrange alternative accommodation with Beachport Motor Inn for her.... Now she has put up a bad review on our page with a story she totally made up by herself. It is really upsetting when you have tried so hard with everything to help someone but you even didn’t get respect in return. Natalie has NO EVIDENCE for the problems of our rooms she claimed. On the other hand, we have more than 5 employees as witness of the incident (her trying to smuggle a cat into our room). We kindly responded under her review but she kept deleting our comment. She has threatened in her private message that she would do anything to damage our reputation. And she freely admits all she wants is money. Sorry, despicable Natalie and your husband. No money for you!

19.01.2022 BOMPAS DELIVERY! STARTING FROM WED 25TH MARCH - Delivery covers all items in our takeaway menu and special board - Where we deliver to... For start, approximately 5km radius from Beachport centre. (With possibility of extension to Southend and Rendelsham later) - When we take delivery orders Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm to 7:30pm (i.e. Dinner only). Please allow 30~45 minutes cooking time and travel time before your meal arrives - Payments Delivery orders must be over $50. We charge $5 per delivery. Free delivery for orders over $120. Payment can be processed over the phone by credit card or ‘cash on delivery’ - Tips It is very important you state clearly your name, contact number and residential address at time you make the delivery order.

It's all about social responsibilities - we will continue to maintain our best hygiene practice in food preparation, service and housekeeping. We strive for trading without any disruption. 02.01.2022 To be in line with the government’s most recent announcement, our café/ restaurant will become a take-away only outlet as of 12pm Monday 23th Mar, until further notice. We are well-prepared for this and we will work our best to provide maximum convenience to the local community during this difficult period. Our take-away range includes: all meals on our take away menu, coffees and other non-alcoholic beverages, ice-creams, cakes and some other snacks (liquor for our own acco...mmodation guests only). Our delivery service starts on Wednesday 25th Mar. We appreciate your support through this time and will keep you updated of any changes to our trading as they arise.
