19.01.2022 Bonaventure Group finished off strong for 2020. THIS WEEK MONDAY - full equity funding for our largest project to date, 8 Townhouses, 5 Apartments & Commercial Retail .... TUESDAY - Council Supported our development in Hampton East, Basterfield Corner. WEDNESDAY - advertising finished for The Bailey in Bentleigh East with no objectors. THURSDAY - contracts were signed for an owner JV in Carnegie. FRIDAY - building contract and bank funding finalised for our 4 apartment and retail development in Bentleigh East. The year started off very lean but we now have 5 projects valued at $24million in fully funded developments. Bonaventure Good Journey
