A tasty savoury pancake made using chickpea flour and gut loving kim chi from @gagasforguthealth. Topped with a tangy vegan garlic cream, two gooey poached eggs straight from the farm at @idlewildefarmelands , fresh cress and drizzled in the most scrumilicious sweet chili sauce which we make using fresh chili, pineapple juice, Bragg apple cider vinegar & organic maple from @honesttogoodnessau For the vegans we swap out the poached eggs for grilled smoked tofu. Today is our final day of trade for 2020, our kitchen will be open until 3pm today, for all the usual yummy goodness, then we will be closed until Monday 11th January.
