While doing a standard push-up, try to touch one knee to your elbow during each rep. This means that youre also only supporting yourself on three points of contact when you move your knee forward, which is a great balance and co-ordination challenge in itself! Your core muscles will also have to work harder to maintain stability, making your workouts more efficient and the calorie burn higher in a shorter period of time. .
