24.01.2022 Just letting all the 10-14 Guides know we will be going ahead tonight, regardless of the weather, as this is our second last week. I will however totally understand if you can not make it. I highly recommend Gumboots for all braving the park!

23.01.2022 Please disregard a google calendar email for the Gunyah Guides. I don’t know what I’ve done but Guides is still on tomorrow at normal times! Moth

21.01.2022 Guides is still on! However a pair of gum boots is advised as there is moderate flooding around the hall.

17.01.2022 School holidays seeming to drag on forever? We have a solution! ARCHERY! Last year 2 of our leaders almost completed their trailing as archery instructors, until bad weather prevented the final assessment. This Saturday Magpie (Fiona) will be completing her assessment but to do that she needs archers. Any one between the ages of 8 and 98 are welcome, please see the details below. What: 2 hours of Archery fun!... When: 19/1, 8:30-10:30 am Where: 39 Achillies rd, Engadine (I swear it's not as far as it sounds!) What to bring: enclosed shoes, apropriate clothing (nothing to loose, weather appropriate), hat, sunscreen, water *NB all children will need a completed ADM27, and every adult will need an ADM28, these can be downloaded of the guide website. This covers our insurance, with out this form there can be no archery. Best of luck

14.01.2022 Today is the last day to sign up for the zoo sleep out (girls 10 and over)! Follow the link below to register now https://www.girlguides-nswact.org.au///Event_Display.aspx

13.01.2022 This week the girls said they wanted to learn how to build shelters. I have to admit it’s definitely a skill that comes in handy. As demonstrated by Moth’s poor bunnies, currently bracing the wild weather.

01.01.2022 And that’s a wrap! Continuing the tradition: the Senior Guides, along with the girls about to move up, have had a great end of year camp up at Random lodge, Mt Victoria. Lots of bush walks, new friends and a few tired leaders. Great work Echidna and Sparkle, see you next year

01.01.2022 One of the many reasons I've continued even in adulthood.
