22.01.2022 We would like to welcome Aishath, who has started working at Sage offering Facial Acupuncture, Traditional Acupuncture, Pregnancy, Lymphatic & Remedial Massage Therapy as well as Reiki treatments. Aishath works with the different energy maps of the body aiming to ease you of pain whether on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level and bring the body to a balanced harmonious state. With acupuncture, she works closely with stress, anxiety & depression, chakra balancin...g and facial rejuvenation. She also works through all stages of conception to pregnancy. Aishath is available every Sunday and Monday 10am -5pm.

20.01.2022 And the run is done ! This year I chose to run for men’s health - we have had three men die from suicide from our local area in the past few weeks and it’s been a tragic loss for all friends, community and family. Approximately 70% of suicides are men in Australia with approximately 6 men and 2 women a day taking their own lives. What struck me yet again about the value we give to life was how important the little things are - the gestures of help, thanks and appreciation ...for one another - all those moments and people we cherish - we really don’t need the big fanfare and grand successes to feel okay - we just have to appreciate all of those small acts of kindness, and remind ourselves how meaningful these are to others when we offer them up, as well as to ourselves when given to. Men are so often expected to be bulletproof, even when they may have been abused and hurt as children, and they need to feel comfortable to reach out and be supported - and they also need to feel safe and cared for. Let’s make sure the men in our community are ok too. See more
