11.01.2022 I’ve had a lot of parents asking me if I could do up a bit of a program for their kids to do at home. With everything that’s going on and kids not being able to play sports or exercise, I thought it would be a great idea to do up a little video of a workout that you can do from home. It’s very basic and only takes 15 to 20 minutes and covers some good exercises to improve swimming and general fitness and health. Stay positive!

05.01.2022 So stoked to be able to keep rolling the arms over and clearing the head in the ocean everyday! The weather has been epic and the water has been super clear! We’ve been doing Main to Convent, Convent to Turners, Turners back to Main with a quick stop through Key for some boulder runs and a sneaky jump. Total about 2.5km. Has been lots of shark sightings lately too. A 2m bull shark came right up to us today sounding off the alarm!
