20.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce the inclusion of the Auckland University RFC Squids in their debut Bondi 10s appearance. Travelling from New Zealand, the Squids are expected to bring an enthusiastic brand, both on and off the field. The Squids compete in a weight restricted competition in Auckland, where they are coming off a victorious season in 2018.... Those who can make weight, produce fast running rugby. For the rest, there’s management. As the team preps for the season ahead questions have been asked around the makeup of the travelling squad - which consists of 2 managerial members for every player, plus a sheep. This could be the result of a long off season putting pressure on the waistbands or perhaps it's the lure of a cold schooner at the Royal Oak after the 10s? Either way, we look forward to seeing the smaller fellas compete at the 2019 O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi Tens!
20.01.2022 This year we are delighted to be supporting The Kids' Cancer Project as our nominated charity partner. Get down and show your support for this fantastic cause by contributing to the donation tins that will be scattered around the ground or enjoying some of the food and drink on offer. Can't wait to see everyone on Saturday!
19.01.2022 Returning for their 5th campaign at O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi 10s are the 2016 Plate champions and 2018 Cup Finalists, The Yewnited Nations Rugby Union Football Club. The YNRUFC has a proud history at the tournament and will be looking to go one better this year. It has been confirmed that they have been lobbying with tournament organisers to remove the option for a penalty drop goal in extra time in the Cup Final, however this is yet to be approved. The Yewnited ...Nations are revered for their electrifying style of running rugby, impressive mL/minute consumption statistics and top level banter. Well known for their patented shaka logo (top left) and frangipani inspired jerseys, the YNRUFC boys will be giving it their all on an off the field in this year’s tournament. Feel free to get in the Yew slipstream for a guaranteed good time.
11.01.2022 Congratulations to the Varsity Squids from Auckland University Rugby Football Club who have won the 2019 O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi Tens! The Squids won a thrilling golden point battle over Coogee Wombats 2s to claim victory in the final in their first visit to Sydney. It was a great day down at Woollahra Oval with all the teams putting in impressive performances and enjoying themselves on and off the field.... Most importantly, this year's event was able to raise much-needed funds to support our charity partner - The Kids' Cancer Project. Thank you very much to CEO Owen Finegan who came down to present the winners with this year's trophies. We look forward to seeing everyone back in 2020!

The CQ Dingoes are the premier invitational team in Central Queensland. Their goal is to take up and coming talent and showcase it across various tournaments in Australia and overseas. ... The Dingoes look forward to returning to the Bondi 10s for their second showing and hope to bring home the bacon this time!

08.01.2022 Making their O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi Tens debut this year are the Coogee Wombats 2s! The Coogee Wombats 2s rose from humble beginnings in 2016 as an invitational rugby league 9s side filled predominantly with union players having a stab in preseason tournaments with a focus on mateship and social footy. Today, they operate as a lifestyle brand dedicated to melting opponents on the field and getting battered off it.... Debuting their ‘green V’ league inspired jersey design, this eclectic collection of Sydney’s finest misfits will look to give 110% by taking it game by game in their inaugural rugby 10s tournament.
06.01.2022 These lads are pumped for their O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi Tens debut! It's always great adding an international flavour to the tournament - will they be heading home with more silverware?
06.01.2022 The Wollahra Wombats are back for redemption in their second Bondi Tens appearance. With a few off-season signings, including the in-form Jimmy 'Games' Lott, the Wombats squad is looking stronger than ever. Coming off the back of some unlucky results, The Wombats are looking to display their dominance and perseverance coming into this Saturday. ... The Wombats are excited to be back and are ready to take on any team come Saturday. See you there
04.01.2022 4 sleeps to go We are excited to announce the pools and draw for the 2019 O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi 10s! The competition is strong this year with 18 teams across the two grades.... Make sure you get down to Woollahra Oval No.2 this Saturday to cheer the boys on and support The Kids' Cancer Project!
02.01.2022 Team Profile With less than 10 days to go, let's take a look at some of the teams competing in the 2020 Bondi 10s. For the second year running we are thrilled to welcome a side from across the ditch as The Auckland University Rugby Football Club Debt Collectors line up for their debut appearance at the Bondi 10s.... The University Debt Collectors, also known as the DC’s. are a stalwart of the U85 Auckland Competition. Fast-paced, energetic, electrifying and arousing - this team produces magic every time they set foot on the field. Don’t worry about keeping a copy of the playbook because these guys threw that out ages ago. The boys traveling across are mixture of new and old wanting to get amongst the 85’s competition. Some are well past their expiry date so expect the subs to be rolling constantly. Key players on the touring party are Guy Slater affectionately known as Piso, who is a staple of the DC’s. Heading into his 35th season with the club, the 57-year-old has no plans for retirement. The DC’s have picked up a new international recruit in Shimon O’Neill. Some say he is the next Fumiaki Tanaka of New Zealand rugby and boy does he look good in a pair of budgy smugglers. He has yet to score a try in his 8 seasons of rugby so you will definitely be seeing him run the nudie during the final. He teams up with the elusive first five Angus Fye who focuses on the important things in rugby (whacks and chip n chases) he is the prodigy of Paul Tito with similar features of the great man. If you want skill, wit and passion for the game, Desmond Larsen paired with someone who has skill and wit will answer your prayers. His history of head knocks due to the number of rhinos done throughout the years means he will be hitting rucks with reckless abandon. Debutant Jack Sherratt is no stranger to Aussie rugby, the back to back Shute shield champion is ready to make an impact. Built like an ogre, you don’t want to enter this mans swamp. At roughly 7 foot and 130kg, expect high intensity and low minutes from the big man. The Varsity boys are looking forward to trip across ditch and are excited to get stuck in both on and off the field.
01.01.2022 Making their inaugural Bondi 10s appearance are the Fijian Warriors! These lads are fresh off making the semi finals at the Macquarie 7s and are no doubt looking to go one better and claim the title at Bondi. We look forward to seeing them in action!
01.01.2022 The Country Baabaas are coming back to Bondi in 2019 as they search for an elusive 3 peat! Despite being victorious in 2017 and 2018, the Baabaas haven’t let complacency creep in with a number of high-profile recruits joining the squad. Jack Barnaby Williams has controversially defected from Colleagues and his local knowledge at both Woollahra No.2 and the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay could prove decisive.... Whether Williams sees any game time remains to be seen but we look forward to welcoming him and the entire squad back to the O’Neills Sportswear Australasia Bondi Tens in just over 2 weeks time!
