03.01.2022 We are very excited to introduce Gaenor. We would like to welcome Gaenor onto the traching schedule this week. Gaenor has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and had over 1000 hours of teacher trainings under her belt. Following two trips to India and a stay in an Ashram, she realised that Yoga was embedded in her DNA.... Shes since gone on to complete not only 3 teacher trainings but a number of 10 day silent meditation retreats and hopes to one day complete a 49 day silent retreat. She has studied an Advanced Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and has taught in two teacher trainings herself. She is an avid cacao drinker, moon gazer and astrology student.
