24.01.2022 Here is some 'heavy sh-t'. I hope this brings some perspective that will allow any one who is ready to jump up and out of this.

24.01.2022 There is a sinus bug making the rounds with headache and brain fade.Please don't freak out and think this is Covid 19.Take your temperature it needs to be very close to 37 degrees ,if it is 38 or more that's of concern. Covid has the sore throat /fever clues. As always we have wonderful healing solutions for all bugs; viral,bacterial etc. Sinus is one of our favourites to treat ,with great results. Breath in your calm and remember peace of mind is your greatest healing tool.

24.01.2022 Love coffee but I know my limit is 2 a day,I get just a little too 'buzzed' and it's not good for my sleep if taken later in the day. It all comes down to one size doesn't fit everyone. We are unique beings and get to choose what is right for us.
