Wow, those five weeks went super fast, but we can say we are definitely impressed on how amazing our clients have been through out. Supporting the salon during closure with purchasing retail, refraining from home isolation DIYS, kind messages, cards and gifts. Most importantly the smiles on faces when they arrive and leave is incredible! Its just amazing to be so appreciated and see how happy clients are to be in the chair! 16.01.2022 SHAMPOO + CONDITIONER, lets talk about it. Did you know that you should shampoo your hair twice?! Thats right... keep reading. When you wash your hair once, what you will find is you need to use more product because it dosent feel like enough, or it dosent lather up super foamy right? Keep reading... Shampooing twice is so important. The first shampoo is a light cleanse ... The second shampoo really works on cleansing the scalp. Removing oils, sweat, dandruff, dry shampoo, product build up, mineral oils, etc etc. After your second shampoo, youll notice a nice leather. This is an indication your scalp is nice and clean! If your hair is very very oily, opt for a third shampoo! ONLY condition your mid-lengths and ends. ( from ears down ) Why? Because your scalp is clean and we want to smooth and close the cuticles on your ends. All in all, fine or short hair should only need a 5c piece of product no more. As a community, all local businesses, teams and supporters have all done their best in keeping our community bubble safe as best we can. 03.01.2022 BOOKINGS 2020- please take the time to read our update. What a year indeed it’s been. What was a flying start to 2020, to a closed salon. To lockdowns with restrictions that seem to be ever so slowly easing. It hasn’t been easy for everyone, and whilst we do our best to accommodate all bookings cancelled or rescheduled.... We rely heavily on a cancellation list that is very specific by type of appointment, time and day. We work our cancellations accordingly this way for adequate timing and a full service provided always. We update our list regularly. Don’t be dis-heartened if you have not recieved a call. It’s simply that your service type does not fit our schedule at that point. We are currently solidly booked for the remaining of 2020. We kindly ask to give us much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment so we can notify others waiting, but to also remember to be kind and patient when trying to reschedule. It may not be possible to secure another appointment at this time of year. However, we often have cancellations. Feel free to phone the salon to be placed on our cancellation list for a preferred time. For cancellations that don’t suit those waiting, be sure to pop over to Instagram to keep an eye out on last minute cancellations that we post.
