07.01.2022 Located just 60 metres from the water, this fully self contained 2 bedroom cabin, sleeps 4 & has a lock up shed (for your car or boat) as well as parking in front of cabin for 2 vehicles. Lounge area has 5 seater leather lounge suite, 42.5inch TV, reverse cycle split system air conditioner, ceiling fan & radio. Kitchen has microwave & new stove. (18 months old) A new reverse cycle air conditioning system was installed in February 2020. Cabin is tiled throughout.... For your convenience, there is a 4 burner barbecue on the front deck of the cabin with solar lighting, so you can take in the view while cooking. There is also a community Barbecue area located next to unit 8. Laundry has coin operated Maytag washing machine & dryer, ironing board & iron, brooms, mop & bucket. There is a dual fish cleaning facility with solar lights located next to the garages. Make sure you visit beautiful Flaherty's Beach, just a 5 - 10 minute drive away. Beautiful white sandy beach - ideal for the kids to run, play beach cricket, play frisby with the dog & swim. Enjoy nice long romantic walks along the foreshore & play in the shallows. Great fishing spot - don't have your own boat?? - why not be guaranteed of a good catch & book a fishing charter with Reel Screamers (located in Pt. Turton). Good fishing also from the jetty.
