10.01.2022 Monday morning went something like.... hit snooze every 6 minutes for an hour I’ve been sick, but I really wanted to start the week full of energy and productivity. So my first waking thoughts, naturally, were ‘well the week is ruined’ - is it just me or is that extreme? Thankfully I still found 10 minutes for yoga, which always clears the crap from my mind. And I chose to start again.... I encourage you to check in with yourself. If something isn’t going the way you want it to, start again. Again and again and again.
