06.01.2022 Ok so us here at https://www.facebook.com/Bonollanda-Organic-Vegan-Freerange-Natural-Pet-Treats-1598485410414913/ had our first Machinery breakdown last night, are we worried 'No" why, because with an Amazing Company like "Bio-Chef" behind us, How could we be, This Company have already sent via Courier the parts we need & have already authorized True Light Electrical (Across the road from my Workshop) to replace the parts & to make sure all the Machinery is in great working ...order, the follow up phone calls I received from Anuk at Bio-Chef makes me feel so Grateful to have this company behind me & have the 100% backup that I needed, (as they were going to send me a whole new unit until mine was fixed), Lucky for us we have lots more than one, not only did this company bend over backwards for us, the people there are amazing, great Customer Service. Thank you Bio-chef not only for your quick response to fix our Equipment but for your Amazing products, you have us as a Life long Customer & Bonollanda are Truly the Lucky ones knowing you are there for us, Can I add this was less than a 24hr turnaround & Bio-chef are nearly 3,000 km away, keep up the great work guys, Thank you <3 See more
