Beer in bottles so far: Irish red ale,Bonsai bitter (English style bitter), Archie’s ale,Guran (strong ale),Accountant (English style porter),Centurian (continually hopped IPA) more styles to come tomorrow!! 09.01.2022 Hey all, It's been a while between posts as we have been busy with all things brewing (The important stuff!!!!). On the kitchen side of things our good friend/chef Craigy Boy will be following his heart to pursue new endeavors(Life Coaching), so this means there is an opening in the kitchen,( approx 20 hours/pw) for the right person to join our little family. Knife skills,good attitude,communicative, team player and creative flair are important! We are an organic sourdough pizza kitchen with salads and other snacky items. We trade Thurs, Fri & Sat. When a river divides into two or more body’s of water around different structures,islands etc taking different twists and turns,some of it appears clear and calm other parts turbid and rough.It is the same river,the same body of water from the same source, as are we! WE ARE ALL CONNECTED!!
