25.01.2022 Ok everyone- some of my happy flowers to brighten your day! hope your not all blown away- dreadful wind here today- my gazebo blown over? again? Lord-will it ever rain? On the positive side- planted some new low growing grevillias- some extra trees- over at Festival gardens- everything is surviving? most of my garden is all in pots! Actually my Hibiscus are all flowering! my big red Geranium - hope everyone is staying positive! Luv to you all xxx

16.01.2022 Okay posting this to Face Book followers- if you are able to join us for a get together ! love to see you I think we are all well & truly over Covid. So bring some songs-your guitar-your gumleaf? or just yourself! We are hosting a gathering at the Blacksmith Shop- follow the signs- from our gates- we can provide lunch. but need numbers- All free tea/coffee-SMOKO at 10am on arrival. I plan to pick your brains- to see what you all want- do you want regular events- I'm hoping we can crank up Monthly shows- but we cannot run events without artists- performers-poets- appreciate feedback! 11.01.2022 Hi everyone- thank you all for following this page- keeping you updated-it is now November-wow! soon be Xmas! A sea of green our Festival site looks amazing- working on the gardens- big thanks to Sue-who came & planted-brought amazing Bromiliads- all going well- with Red Geraniums-Grevillias-Bottle Brush-all lawns look amazing- our trees are growing I've planted- Tipuanas- fast growing- very leafy & are a legume! can be eaten by stock. The Slim Dusty Stone -is next I am plann...ing to build a garden around Slim's Stone- the Blacksmith Shop getting some use-we often have nights over there-light the Fire Pit and just enjoy the Bush. We are hoping to get our Toilets in over the next while-so we can open up for Campers all year round. Melody -our Clydesdale -growing like a mushroom -she will be here hoping to meet you all during our Festival next year! 04.01.2022 Watched a great feature on NITV today on Geoffrey Garramul- I was already a big fan-but it is a fabulous film-do try to watch it! It should be shown everywhere!... I am convinced that Garramul was the key,the link between our Indigenous people-and the rest of Australia! His music-his songs- he gave us ancient songs- so well interpreted, he had such a special gift-not to mention his voice! truly a very gifted man- so sad we have lost him. I have one album- but hoping there are more! See more
