15.01.2022 The elephant in the room. Are we expensive compared to the big box retailers? Yes, for some treats we are.... But heres why. Apart from the obvious, like buying power (size gets discounts), for many treats you are comparing Australian product with imported product. Isnt it ironic that our home grown product costs more than something that has been shipped from Asia . But the products we sell are premium quality. We only sell what we are prepared to give to Baldrick and Marvin, our trusty taste testers.. Our products are 100% protein, with no additives, preservatives or fillers. Your dog wont be eating glycerine, which is used to bulk the product up ( you get less meat for your $) and also as a mould inhibitor One of the other major reasons that our Aussie produce is more expensive is due to our animal husbandry standards. As an animal lover, I believe this is an important consideration.
