19.01.2022 Pouring this awesome little drop from Smallfry Wines by the glass tonight - 2020 Pimpernel Barossa Trousseau Whole bunch pressed and with minimal sulphur additions, this is light and bright, with fresh red fruits and nice stalky, savoury tannins. Served chilled.

We managed to get our... hands on just one very, very cheeky keg of this KILLER collaboration - so don’t miss out! Long live the West Coast IPA.

18.01.2022 HOT DAMN. Bottles of the Dollar Bill Brewing Winter Parlay 2020 have just hit the fridge. This wild fermented wheat wine has been aged for 16 months in barrel, then blended with fresh wild ale and rested on whole bunch Mourvèdre for three weeks. Rich dark fruit, savoury almonds and spice + a huge acid line. Song pairing? Kanye West’s ‘Ultralight Beam’ (just check the bottle). 9.3%. Complexity on complexity. Have at it.

The third release in their Single Hop IPA series, Mosaic is resinous, bursting with tropical fruit, and finishes with a tight bitterness that will have you seeing the bottom of your pint glass before you know it - dangerously drinkable at a beautifully balanced 7.9%.
