07.01.2022 It's always nice to set the atmosphere of the room if you have time before a massage with your baby. An easy and beautiful way to do this is to play some relaxing and calming music. It’s not just great for boosting circulation and calming the nervous system but also fantastic for clearing sinuses, relaxing tense neck and shoulder muscles and helping to stimulate their little digestive organs. So the next time your gorgeous baby’s or toddlers little feet present themselves to you give them some love!!!

05.01.2022 The best thing about having massage as a part of daily life is that your children ask you for massages and then you get one in return! Often my kids come up to me and say mummy will you massage my feet? Normally after a long day, or ask me to massage their back or chest when they aren’t feeling well with a cold. Yesterday Sam asked me to massage his tummy and then I got an awesome back massage. Every time they ask me for a massage it makes my heart fill with joy and thanks that we have these amazing natural tools to help make us feel better emotionally and physically. Yay for the healing touch!
