Lead singer Francisco Toledo is well known as Mr Buena Vista and his renditions will transport you to the barrios of Cuba. The depth of the Afro Cuban rhythm is portrayed in our songs by our amazing Cuban percussionists Yuri Yurisander and Yordan Medina. Yvonne has also formed an all female band, Kuban Katz, who will be debuting as the support act for the Kuban Firez on March 6th @ Civic Underground. Kuban Katz present the latest music from Cuba like the rock of David Blanco, funky Cimafunk, Haila Mompie, Orishas etc. These high energy girls are led by our amazing Latin Diva, Carmen Alicia and our lovely little Wendy Parra.
