When you intend to start a business and have this 'Big Idea,' of who and what you would like to do what are your expectations. 1. Do you expect to be able to attract clients easily? 2. Do you think that you must charge by the hour like an employee? 3. All you need to do is have an idea, build it (website) and clients will come? 4. What is actually required to launch a business? The answer may surprise you, that if you are an online service business, there is some good news and bad news; The Good News is that all you need is a Laptop and Internet as basic overheads; The Bad News is that you need an 'Offer' to attract your clients. 21.01.2022 How do you want to Impact the World? . . . .... Through this journey into the entrepreneurial world, everyone on the surface appears to only focus on $$$$. But, there is more to this! When I attended FHL2019 there was an opportunity to give to a charity that is sponsored by Clickfunnels that help women in third world countries get educated and get out of the 'sex trade,' yes that still does exist in 2019. In this instance, I could make the minimum donation of USD$500.00 but that was me as an individual. Yes, that money could potentially help one person, it was a start... Yet in the room, over 3.5 days they raised over a USD$1M dollars collectively in that room. So using Clickfunnels as the example as a large business, the Impact that Clickfunnels and their followers made a Million Dollar Difference and Impact for those who need it. But, for our own business, as we are starting out, how can we make this level of impact in our world and what does our business need to look like so we can make this level of impact? Ideas! Suggestions! I have one, but I will discuss later this week. I would like your input first?

20.01.2022 Lest we forget... . . . .... . Today is a solemn day that we remember the sacrifice of those before us who made the sacrifice in World War 1, World War 2 and other wars since then. Remembering, that they gave their lives and some survived to return home from their service to our community. It is today, that we give a 'Thank you,' to those who served and their respective families from those in the past to those currently serving in current conflicts. Today, makes us appreciate just how lucky we are to live in a Country of Australia on ANZAC day and how grateful we need to be for the opportunities that were created as a result of this sacrifice by others. Where some families have a direct connection and others maybe not. I do know that my family emigrated from the UK as a result of World War 2, but that generation chose not to really talk about their war experience as it was too painful for them. This generation that moved countries so that we could have a better life. They have now passed, and today we as a community celebrate their community service. They made an impact in this world and were just living their lives the only way they knew how. Thank you ANZAC's for the freedom and choice we have today in 2019.

The changes are the JLW Business Consulting and JLW Business Solutions will be retired as the business names do not live up to my business vision. The Facebook pages will remain but only as redirects to my announcement below. Now I will introduce how I am structuring things for the remainder of 2018 to 2019. 03.01.2022 Christmas is coming; Are you taking a break or working through? . . . .... . . Christmas is fast approaching for 2018, and the year rolls to an end in around 60 days time. What do you plan to achieve between now and Christmas and are you trading during Christmas and New Year period or are you disappearing for holidays in January 2019, and my Australian friends enjoying a long summer break. As a new business, this is both the planning time for 2019, but also the action time for launching new offers, as I have been taking part in Clickfunnels 30 day challenge and I am launching this month. I am about serving my clients and helping them learn how to earn good money for their business so that you can spend quality time with family. But to do that, you need a business income first that can pay the bills but also provide a livable income as you are a business, not a charity and you need to be able to charge Premium prices for your information product or service as you are focused on delivering results for your clients. 02.01.2022 How interested are you in an Melbourne Cup offer to learn how you can Think Big & Leverage? My why for doing this is I worked for businesses that were substantially undercharging their services. My job at the time was the Finance Department and when I started in this business in Security, they charged their clients $65 per quarter for monitoring for both business and private customers. Somehow this business was circa $1M turnover but it was a hard circa $1M turnover. Why was ...it hard, it was hard because of a reluctance to increase fees, the one time he increased incrementally by 10% a few clients complained when in reality in the Geography the business operated he had market domination but did not appreciate it as such everything was undercharging the market. Even if he had had the courage to increase prices 20% to 30% this would have helped the business significantly. But this business was Cost focused not Value focused and did not understand the Value he provided to the client base that was quite large and valued the service provided. How do I know this, one part of my job was Accounts Receivable and chasing up these debts so we could make payroll and pay creditors each fortnight. But if he had charged more, even losing a few clients, the overall benefit would have been a less financially stressed business owner and this would have made my job easier as his business had the potential to be a $2M to $5M enterprise just by making some minor tweaks to his business model and increasing his prices to a reasonable amount.
