08.01.2022 Well, the holidays have come and gone (as has THAT lockdown). Children are back in their classrooms, the Ladies Coffee Morning has kicked off for 2021 and we're looking for a far happier year. We've had lots of visitors to the shop, old and new, and looking forward to welcoming more of you or catching up with old faces soon. Nothing has changed - COVID rules continue to apply, still nothing over $3 and all children receive a free book. 06.01.2022 Hello all & welcome to the Christmas Season! We've a number of new titles fresh out of quarantine (we follow COVID protocols to the letter!) so pop in and browse to your heart's content. Still nothing over $3.00, so your holiday reads are waiting for a new home and perhaps a Christmas adventure. On a lighter note .......

04.01.2022 Hello Book Lovers, Is it really getting warmer, or will there be another cold snap again? Both the aircon and log fire are on standby (just in case), but thankfully books are adaptable to anything the elements throw at us. Now that the daylight hours are longer and it's far nicer heading out, we'll be extending our hours as follows: Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm Still nothing over $3 and all children receive a free book. We have over 500 books available, including fiction, non-fictio...n, coffee table books and (of course) the classics. COVID-19 rules continue to apply (you know the drill) and we continue to disinfect each day. Pop in an browse to your heart's content - you next great read may well be waiting for you!
