16.01.2022 Congratulations Goldies on a fantastic season!!! A rugby season in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t without its challenges. The club would like to extend a big thank you to all our helpers.... To our sponsors, to those that stood at the gate or in the canteen and cooked the BBQ, to those who helped plan, set up and clean up, to those who marked fields and to anyone that helped in any way, this season wouldn’t have been possible without you. Finally big thanks to our players and coaches for providing us with a brilliant season of rugby, you’ve done us proud. Rest up and we hope to see you all back next year!!

16.01.2022 Ian Joe McGuiness --- The Boorowa Rugby Club would like to acknowledge the passing of life member Joe McGuiness.... Joe was a founding member of the Boorowa Rugby Club in 1969, serving as club president from 1969-1970. Since then Joe made incredible contributions to our club and was awarded life membership to acknowledge his commitment. The club wouldn't be what it is today without his efforts. The above photo where Joe is seated 2nd from the right was taken at the original Boorowa Rugby Committee meeting. The McGuiness family are still active within our club, his grandson Lachlan is a current committee member and grandson William a current player for the Goldies. The Boorowa Rugby Union Club would like to extend its sympathies to Judy, Sam & Cathy, Anna & Michael and their families.

13.01.2022 Great News. We are able to continue all our senior and junior competitions as planned. Please remind all your players, volunteers, members and supporters of the...ir Covid responsibilities. Whilst it is great news that we are able to go ahead with our Competitions, we still need to comply with the current rules as they stand. Once again, we apologise for the considerable angst these NSW Government announcements cause our Rugby Community, but we look forward to continuing the wonderful Rugby we are seeing every Saturday throughout our zone.
