22.01.2022 Last night Boorowa 232 spare responded to a grass fire on the Hume Highway liased with RFS volunteers to assist in house protection in a situation that could of been a lot worse only that the weather played its part for a change thanks for the invite Yass 511 and the assistance of crookwel 271
15.01.2022 Friday night saw milestones beyond a community’s expectations for 232 during our medal presentation night des grimson and Phil riles taking a 40 year medal both well deserved for our senior Firies a lot of jobs good and bad for both in there time , our deputy captain Christopher Grimson receiving his 20 years of service followed by Dalwyn Taylor and deputy captain Adam dewar Mumbo for 15 years of service and lastly Darrell Armour on 10 years of service. Our community an...d station would not be the same with out your appreciation and dedication, we are more than grateful to call every single one of those involved, our firies and the things we see and do as a crew brings us together not just as mates but one big family we will forever be grateful in having such dedicated firies who do there day job as well taking it out of there own time to serve our community #weareboorowa232# See more
11.01.2022 This afternoon Boorowa 232 responded to a single vehicle mva, assisted by Nsw ambulance , nsw police and toll rescue helicopter both occupants were examined on scene before one being taken by toll helicopter for precaution. Another successful job for our Firies with a quick and safe extraction #WeareBoorowa232
