12.01.2022 I started this journey from seeing a post about Herbalife Tang keui that helped with Anxiety..From suffering from Anxiety everyday which controlled my severe IBS,bloating,weight fluctuation,low iron and being moody all the time I was happy to give this ago. Within 8 days I could feel a difference I wasn't nervous to talk to someone..I didn't need to run to the toilet all the time...I was starting to have normal bowel movements everyday which I couldn't usually it could take u...p to a week sometimes...I could feel myself smiling and talking more and feeling more confident inside myself which is showing on the outside.. I was always a bad eater picking,nibbling grabbing the first thing or not eating at all..So I tried the chocolate shake .It was so yum, it was so quick and easy and healthy it was gone in 2 mins..I was hooked.."Umm who doesn't like chocolate for breakfast "..
