25.01.2022 Recently we changed out the N54 direct injectors in our BMW due to failing index 7 injectors which were leaking pretty badly! We installed index 12 injectors, and a new set of upgraded Eldor coils usually suited to a Rolls Royce V12. After the install we programmed them and they running like a dream, also gave it an oil change to ensure there is no oil contamination!... The ecu shown is the MSD80 first release with weaker components which were upgraded the next year after release to MSD81, upgrading to the next model ecu is common and up near $1000. So we have decided to upgrade the specific components instead so we don't have any issues down the road! This should create a better platform than the MSD81 ecu alone!

25.01.2022 1kd engine out of a tuned hilux that we were asked to help tear down for inspection. Some yummy cracked pistons!

25.01.2022 So we ended up upgrading the BMW MSD80 ECU, both injection and ignition curcuits now have stronger mosfet transistors that have alot higher spec than what was previously in place. RC snubbers are also in place near the ignition coil which takes the heat out of the the ignition circuit inside the ECU.

22.01.2022 3L patrol with leaking exhaust manifold which has warped, broken a few studs and cracked! In with us for a replacement manifold with all new gaskets and mounting studs, so ill be having some fun tomorrow drilling out snapped studs and re assembling it all!

19.01.2022 New Plazmaman intake pipes for Rob's D40, Compliments the tune we did for him a while back! Oil was coming out of the quick release factory clamps, if oil is coming out then so is the boost! ... The ute is so much snappier and pulls for alot longer!

19.01.2022 Poor Trition that we were asked to pull down to inspect with an injector issue causing the piston to melt and destroy the engine!
