13.01.2022 So this week i hurt my back but determined not to let injury get in the way of my goals. So I decided to work around my injury so I trained my upper body using a resistant band and a chair to support my back . I did the following. Warm up Arm circles 10 each way Wrist circles 10each way Windmills 10 each way ... Wipers 10each way Chest press 3 x 15 reps Upright row sitting on chair 3 x 15 reps Resistant band row standing 3x 15 reps Shoulder Press 3 x 15 reps Bicep Curls 3 x 15 reps Tricep kickbacks 3 x 15 reps Band pull apart 3 x 15 reps If there's a will there's a way. Keep going. Think outside the square and keep moving forward. YOU CAN DO IT
