17.01.2022 Our 9am group training sessions are held each week day, except Wednesday. Each session is different and you’ll never know what twist might just get thrown in at the end. Weights are a must. So is cardio (yes I know ), plus other fun stuff in between. Boxing , balls , ropes and dare I mention running , to name a few. Monday’s sessions are a great way to ease yourself into the week. We’re increasing our physical strength and muscle mass, reducing body fat and decreasing our risk of osteoporosis by strength training. Our focus groups are structured around making small lifestyle changes (think nutrition and/or fitness and/or mindset. YOU choose a couple of things you’d like to change/implement and then focus on those things for four weeks (and then beyond because by that time, they’ve become your new habit!).
