15.01.2022 One of the things I love most about the @BootyFitBabes - they adapt to change as easy as a true Melbournian handles the infamous 4 seasons in a day... EVERYDAY LOL . With that being said - I was running late to lead this class - so it was a bit of a messy start - but we had fun..... I’m pretty sure So I think the #AnkleWeightWorkout might get another look-in... But I will be prepared with music next time ... I tortured their muscles as well as their ear-drums with my broken nightingale warbling .
